This notice explains how CricketDirct Ltd, trading as CricketDirect.co.uk, uses personal information collected through the Birmingham Phoenix ticket prize draw.

What information do we collect?

·         Your confirmation of eligibility and acceptance of the prize-draw terms;

·         Your separate marketing preferences;

·         The date and time of your entry;

·         Technical or campaign information supplied by Meta or the entry platform; and

·         Correspondence relating to the prize draw.

Why do we use it?

We use entry information to:

·         Administer the prize draw;

·         identify and contact winners;

·         Check eligibility;

·         Prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries;

·         Issue tickets;

·         Respond to questions or complaints; and

·         Demonstrate that the draw was administered fairly.

We rely on our legitimate interests in administering and protecting the integrity of the promotion and, where applicable, on the steps necessary to provide the prize to a winner.

We use information for email or SMS marketing only where you have separately consented to the relevant communication channel.

Is marketing consent required?

No. Agreeing to receive marketing is optional and does not affect your chance of winning.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option in an email, following the instructions in a text message, or contacting us at team@cricketdirect.com

Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect your prize-draw entry.

Who receives the information?

Information may be shared only where necessary with:

·         Meta, where its Instant Form service is used;

·         Our authorised email, CRM, website and IT service providers;

·         Skechers, Edgbaston Stadium or the ticket issuer where necessary to issue or validate the tickets;

·         Professional advisers; and

·         Regulators or law-enforcement bodies where legally required.

We do not sell prize-draw entrants’ personal information.

How long do we keep it?

Entry and winner-selection records will normally be retained for six months after the prize draw closes, unless a longer period is reasonably required to deal with a complaint, legal claim or regulatory request.

Marketing information will be retained until consent is withdrawn or the information is no longer required, subject to maintaining a limited suppression record so that we can honour unsubscribe requests.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your personal information, and to object to certain uses.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve your concern.
