4.3 Entrants may optionally provide a telephone number to assist the Promoter in contacting them quickly if they win.

4.4 Entrants may separately choose whether to receive future marketing communications from CricketDirect.co.uk. Agreeing to receive marketing is optional and does not affect an entrant’s chance of winning.

4.5 No purchase is necessary.

4.6 Only one entry is permitted per person. Duplicate entries, entries submitted using multiple email addresses, automated entries, bulk entries and entries submitted by third parties may be disqualified.

4.7 Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, offensive, generated automatically or otherwise fail to comply with these terms may be rejected.

5. The prizes

5.1 There are five prizes available.

5.2 Each winner will receive one pair of general-admission tickets for the Birmingham Phoenix v Trent Rockets The Hundred double-header at Edgbaston Stadium on Friday 24 July 2026.

5.3 Each prize admits two people, subject to the ticket provider’s entry conditions and venue rules.

5.4 The tickets are general admission only. No reserved seating, hospitality or additional benefits are included unless expressly confirmed by the Promoter.

5.5 Travel, accommodation, food, refreshments, parking, insurance and all other expenses associated with attending the event are not included. Winners and their guests are solely responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

5.6 Winners and guests are responsible for ensuring that they can attend the event on the stated date and comply with all applicable venue and ticket conditions.

5.7 The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

5.8 Tickets must not be resold or advertised for resale. Any attempted resale may result in cancellation of the tickets.

5.9 No cash alternative will be offered. If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary, the Promoter may substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

5.10 The event is organised by third parties. The Promoter is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, abandonment, change of teams, change of schedule, change of seat or admission arrangements, or other alteration to the event.

5.11 If the event is postponed or cancelled, any replacement tickets, refunds or alternative arrangements will be subject to the ticket provider’s applicable terms. The Promoter is not responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation or other costs.

6. Winner selection

6.1 Five winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time.

6.2 The draw will be conducted using a verifiably random selection process.

6.3 Each winner will receive one pair of tickets.

6.4 A person may win no more than one prize.

6.5 The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of entries and the selection of winners is final. No correspondence will be entered into, except with the selected winners.

7. Winner notification and acceptance

7.1 Winners will be contacted using the email address and, where supplied, telephone number provided with their entry.

7.2 The Promoter intends to contact winners by 6:00pm BST on Thursday 23 July 2026.

7.3 Because the event takes place the following day, each selected winner must respond and provide any information reasonably required to issue the tickets by 7:00pm BST on Thursday 23 July 2026.

7.4 Entrants are responsible for monitoring their email inbox, spam or junk folder and telephone messages during the winner-notification period.

7.5 If a selected winner:

·         Cannot be contacted;

·         Does not respond before the stated deadline;

·         Is unable to attend;

·         Is found to be ineligible;

·         Provides incorrect contact information; or

·         Fails to comply with these terms,

the Promoter may withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner using the same random process.

7.6 Tickets may be delivered electronically. Winners must provide a valid email address capable of receiving the tickets.

8. Winner information and publicity

8.1 The Promoter may be required to make available information showing that valid awards took place.

8.2 Unless a winner objects, the Promoter may make the winner’s surname and county available to anyone who submits a reasonable request within one month after the closing date.

8.3 A winner may object to some or all of their information being made available. The Promoter may still provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority where required.

8.4 The Promoter will not require winners to participate in publicity. Any request for a photograph, testimonial or social-media post will be optional and subject to separate permission.

9. Personal information

9.1 Personal information supplied in connection with the prize draw will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy notice.

9.2 Entry information will be used to:

·         Administer the prize draw;

·         Verify eligibility;

·         Contact selected winners;

·         Deliver the prizes;

·         Prevent fraud and duplicate entries;

·         Maintain appropriate records demonstrating that the promotion was administered fairly; and

·         Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

9.3 Entry into the prize draw does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications.

9.4 Where an entrant separately opts in to email or SMS marketing, CricketDirect.co.uk may use the relevant contact details for that purpose until the entrant withdraws their consent.

9.5 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting their prize-draw entry.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1 Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and prize providers will not be responsible for:

·         Entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not successfully submitted;

·         Technical failures affecting Meta, Facebook, Instagram, the entry form, email or telecommunications systems;

·         A winner’s failure to check messages or respond in time;

·         Travel, accommodation or other expenses;

·         Refusal of entry by the venue where a winner or guest fails to comply with venue rules;

·         Injury, loss or damage arising from attendance at the event, except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded; or

·         Cancellation, postponement or alteration of the event by its organiser.

11. General

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information or acts in a way that undermines the fair operation of the promotion.

11.2 The Promoter may suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated as clearly as reasonably possible.

11.3 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

11.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants retain any mandatory rights they have under the laws applicable where they live.

12. Meta disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from any responsibility arising in connection with the promotion.
